The Arkansas IADA and NIADA work together for a united cause; to maintain strong associations, better serve the interests of the public, provide educational opportunities for YOU, the member and preserve a strong legislative and regulatory presence that protects all independent dealers from unnecessary litigation, rule-making or legislation that would prohibit you from serving your customers and the public fairly and honestly.
Don't let us be just one voice, but a voice of MANY!
Let's stand up for what is best for Arkansas!
Attention DEALERS:
DFA received approval from Arkansas Legislative Council for Motor Vehicle Odometer Disclosure Requirements. Per Act 926 of the 95th General Assembly, DFA is now able to provide electronic administration of documents related to the transfer and ownership of motor vehicles. DFA legal has approved the attached TIMA 1 and TIMA 2 forms that are available for use effective immediately. These forms will be available on our website dfa.arkansas.gov or mydmv.arkansas.gov effective Monday, August 3, 2026. For your convenience I have provided the links below. The Office of Driver Services and Motor Vehicle (DSMV) will continue to accept the triplicate versions of TIMA 1 and TIMA 2 until the inventory is depleted.
