Arkansas department of motor vehicle forms

Act 41 amends the law to extend the time requirements for vehicle registration from 30 day to 60 calendar days.  Temporary paper tags will also be extended as well.

Vehicles from 2011 and new are no longer EXEMPT.  You must provide an odometer statement to the customer.  2010 and older vehicles are Exempt.
